What happens when you submit your PowerPoint

Acavisio reads your slides and extracts the text and figures — the file itself is read in memory then forgotten, never stored. An outline is then written from your structure: each group of slides becomes a chapter, and a summary can be added if the document had none.

Each chapter is then scripted: an on-screen message, a narration that explains it, visuals that build at the right moment. Timing, animations and colours are computed by our code — not improvised by a model — and an automatic verification pass catches overflows before the capsule is ever shown to you.

Your slides are not filmed — they are recomposed

An Acavisio capsule is not a screen recording of your PowerPoint. Each scene is recomposed for video: lists become animated sequences, numbers become living data, processes become diagrams that draw themselves before the student’s eyes.

Your figures, though, are taken as they are: the diagram you spent years refining is not redrawn by an AI — it is shown exactly as you made it, and it is sent to no third-party service.

A link ready for your students

The capsule is shared with a single link, which drops into Moodle, Canvas or Brightspace like any other resource. The player works on a phone as well as on a large screen, in light theme as in dark, and the playback speed adjusts from 0.75× to 2×.

Subtitles and the transcript are not a luxury: they make the capsule usable on a bus, in a library, and by the students who read better than they listen. And if you add interactive pauses, every student receives their own variant — assessment stays authentic, even when the whole class shares the same link.

And when your course changes?

This is where the capsule beats the home-made recording: you resubmit the updated deck and a new capsule is generated — nobody goes back to the studio for thirty seconds of changed content.
